THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.13810 OF 2025

ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner/A.4 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.185 of 2024 of Karimnagar Rural Police Station, Karimnagar District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 120B, 386, 467, 468, 471 and 506 r/w.34 of Indian penal Code (for short ‘IPC’).

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint on 26.03.2024 stating that A.1 to A.3 cheated him, threatened him and extorted an amount of Rs.3,50,000/-. A.1 and A.4 also demanded Rs.15 Lakhs. On 23.03.2024 A.1 and A.4 also went to the house of complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. As such requested the police to take necessary action against the accused basing on which the police registered the case against the accused for the above offences.
