ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the following relief:

to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent no.3 herein in not investigating the crime no.21/2018 of P.S. Madhapur under sec.3(1)(r)SC/ST(POA) Act, 2015 and 506 IPC effectively and fairly and providing protection to the victim of atrocity as per the SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of law and violatino of SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015 and it is also further prayed that this Honble Court may be pleased to declare the action of the respondent no.2 herein in not registering crime under appripriate section of laws as per the information lodged by the petitioner herein dt.05.01.2018 and subsequent registration of crime no.21/2018 as illegal and against the law and as wll as against the SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015 consequently direct the respondent no.4 and 1 herein to initiate proceedings under sec.4 of the SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015 for neglecting and deriliction of duties under the said Act and also initiate civil, criminal and disc
