Heard Mr. Mohammad Ghouse, party-in-person/petitioner and perused the record.

2. The instant civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a limited relief of an appropriate direction to the learned VII Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short, ‘Executing Court’) and its Incharge Courts, to take up and dispose of E.P.No.42 of 2011 in O.S.No.4387 of 2004 expeditiously.

3. The facts of the case is that the petitioner/plaintiff had filed a suit vide O.S.No.4387 of 2004 on the file of the learned IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, seeking specific performance of sale deed. The said suit was decreed vide judgment and decree dated 02.08.2006. By virtue of the said judgment and decree, the trial Court was pleased to execute registered Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner on 31.07.2007. However, the petitioner has not got the possession of the subject property till date. Subsequently, the petitioner had filed Execution Petition in the year
