ORDER:

Sri D. Pochaiah, learned counsel appears for petitioner.

Sri G.R.S. Akhileswar, learned counsel appears for respondents.

2. The applicant in O.A.No.020/00379/2014 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, is the writ petitioner. He was compulsorily retired from service vide order dated 09.07.2013. O.A.No.020/00379/2014 preferred against that order was dismissed on 29.11.2019. The writ petitioner seeks to challenge the order of the learned Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, submits that the petitioner is not pressing the relief of regularization of his services or reinstatement but he is seeking the benefits on his compulsory retirement from service. On being specifically asked, he has not been able to show from the affidavit that there is any denial by the respondents or that such benefits have not been paid.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner on his compulsory retirement from service would be getting his due retirement benefits. Therefore, there is no occasion for this Court to entertain the instant Writ Petition preferred after six (6) years of dismissal of aforesaid O.A., more so, when the petitioner does not have any grievance against the order of compulsory retirement. The retirement benefits as legally due must have been paid and would be paid to him as per law.

5. In that view of the matter, we do not find any reason to entertain the instant Writ Petition. Needless to say, the respondents would release, if not released, the retirement benefits due to him upon his compulsory retirement from service, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
