Sri D. Pochaiah, learned counsel appears for petitioner.
Sri G.R.S. Akhileswar, learned counsel appears for respondents.
2. The applicant in O.A.No.020/00379/2014 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, is the writ petitioner. He was compulsorily retired from service vide order dated 09.07.2013. O.A.No.020/00379/2014 preferred against that order was dismissed on 29.11.2019. The writ petitioner seeks to challenge the order of the learned Tribunal.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, submits that the petitioner is not pressing the relief of regularization of his services or reinstatement but he is seeking the benefits on his compulsory retirement from service. On being specifically asked, he has not been able to show from the affidavit that there is any denial by the respondents or that such benefits have not been paid.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner on his compulsory retirement from service would be getting his due retirement benefits. Therefore, there is no occasion for this Court to
