This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action on the part of the Respondents in not making payments of Final Bill and the balance amounts in respect of the contract works namely “FDR to Reconstruction of 4V of 0.6m Dia HP vented Causeway HLB in Wanaparthy to Jedcharla road at KM 30/2-4” in Nagarkurnool District under agreement bearing No.30/2-4/2021-2022 dated 08.10.2021 for a as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents to release the admitted payment of Rs.1,28,49,956/- & Rs.6,43,317/- totaling to Rs.1,34,93,273/- together with interest and pass such further order or orders…”
