ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an order/direction or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to incorporate his name in the revenue record for Ac.1.00 guntas, out of total extent Acs.2.00 guntas, in Sy.No.439/18 situated at Dandepally Village, Yelkaturthi Mandal, Hanamkonda District, in pursuance of his representations or pass such other order or orders...”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner herein is claiming that his father, namely, late Sri Sudhireddy Hanumaiah was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.2.00 guntas in Sy.No.439/18, situated at Dandepally village, Yelkaturthi Mandal, Hanamkonda District, on the strength of registered sale deed bearing Document No.1094 of 1973, dated 10.01.1973.
