ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3^rd respondent in harassing the petitioner/G.P.A holder and his relative by name Mohd. Yousuf and his son’s regularly calling them into the police station at the instigation of the third party in respect of civil dispute with regard to the Plot No.229, admeasuring 100 sq. yards in Sy.No.28 & 29, with house, situated at Allapur Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice and also against the provision of Article 19 & 21 Constitution of India and to pass….”
