ORDER

Heard Sri. M. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the record.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking transfer of O.S.No.379 of 2022 pending on the file of the Court of II Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional Family Court at Medchal to any other Court at Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Kushaiguda.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that there was no Presiding Officer in the Court of II Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-I Additional Family Court at Medchal and the suit has no progress. Said grievance can be presented before the Principal District Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District to seek transfer to a Court which has Presiding Officer.

4. Therefore, this Tr.C.M.P is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to move a Transfer petition before the Principal District Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
