This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to Direct the Respondent No. 1 to take expeditious action and enrol the petitioner as an advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Telangana., and to grant…”

Heard Sri G.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B.Manoj Goud, learned counsel representing learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and Sri Satish Kumar, learned counsel representing learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has obtained the Bachelors of Degree in Law (LLB) in 3 year law course and submitted an application for enrolment as an Advocate on 02.07.2024 to be enrolled on the rolls of Bar Counsel of Telangana. Even after lapse of one year, no action has been taken by the respondents to enrol the petitioner as an Advocate. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner made an application under RTI Act.
