This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not acting upon the complaint, dated 12.02.2025, 26.04.2025 and 02.07.2025 lodged by the petitioner, without registering the FIR against the respondent Nos.6 to 10 for the cognizable offences, being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to act upon the complaints of the petitioner and pass..…”
