O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent. No.1 authorities in considering request of petitioner dated 02-03-2016 for extension of parole and refused to receive requisition for extension for further three months as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and also violation of Art. 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct 1st respondent to consider request of petitioner and extension of parole for further three months...”

2. Heard Mr.M.Achuta Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and, therefore, seeks dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous.
