Mr. T.K. Basha Vali, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. G. Ravi, learned counsel representing Mr. T. Sharath, learned Standing Counsel for Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, appears for respondent No.2 (hereinafter referred to as, “the University”).
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
3. Petitioner, a resident of Telangana State, obtained registration for admission to MBBS/BDS course, under management quota, for the academic year 2025-26. She had secured All India Rank 723019 under OBC category. Petitioner contends that she submitted an application for admission into MBBS/BDS course, for the academic year
2025-26, under ‘B&C’ category with requisite fee before the cut-off date. However, due to her ill-health, she could not exercise web option in the first phase of counselling, for admission into MBBS/BDS course, under ‘B&C’ category for the academic year 2025-26 before 2:00 p.m. on 24.09.2025, in terms of the notification dated
22.09.2025.
