ORDER
Heard Sri S.V.Ramana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent No.3 in Intimation of Refusal No.36/2024 dated 15.04.2024 for cancellation of Agreement of Sale cum General Power of Attorney (with possession) document No.1663 of 2010 registered at Sub Registrar Office, Quthbullapur, in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas in Sy.No.68 situated at Mallampet Village, Dundigal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, the petitioners filed the present Writ Petition.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that the petitioners without presenting the subject document before the Tahsildar-Joint Sub-Registrar of the concerned Mandal in respect of the subject property, approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition. If the petitioners present the subject document before the concerned authority, they will consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per law.

In view of the submissions made on either side, without going into merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent No.4-Tahsildar/Joint Sub- Registrar for registration of the subject property without reference to the Intimation of Refusal No.36/2024 dated 15.04.2024 issued by the respondent No.3-Sub Registrar. It is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse the subject document presented by the petitioners, if any other objection and communicate the same to the petitioners. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
