Sri Srinivasa Rao Pachwa, learned counsel appears for petitioner.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 13.10.2025 with a request to allow her to participate in the next phase of counselling for admission into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quota “B” and NRI “C” categories for the academic year 2025-26.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she had only registered under “A” category. However, due to lack of knowledge, she could not exercise web option in the two phases of counselling, for admission into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quota “B” and NRI “C” categories for the academic year 2025-26 before 2:00 p.m. on 24.09.2025 in terms of the notification dated 22.09.2025.
