ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue the any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering the stay petition in appeal No.F1/2617/2025 till the disposal of appeal as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the settled principles of law and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to dispose the stay petition in Inam Appeal No.F1/2617/2025 filed against the order passed by the Respondent No.4 in proceedings No.J/259/2025 dated 15-07-2025 in respect of land bearing Sy.Nos.168 and 182 admeasuring Ac.2-20 gts, Sy.No.168 and 182 admeasuring Ac.2-20 gts, situated at Pendyal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and pass such other order or orders…”
