O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 5th respondent in issuing the LOC (Look Out Circular) Vide C.No.106/LOC/CCS- DD/HYD/2017, Dated 18.05.2017 against the Petitioner (Passport No.Z-1924471) is illegal, arbitrary against to the Apex Court Guidelines the Chapter 25 of Interpol and Coordination Wing, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and Article 19(G),21 of the Constitution of India and consequently Suspend the same...”

2. Heard Mr. Janardhana Reddy Ponaka, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Central Government appearing for respondent Nos.7 to 9.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the action of respondent No. 5 in issuing a Lookout Circular dated 18.05.2017 against the petitioner and seeking suspension of the same.
