ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not mutating the names of the petitioners in the revenue records and in not issuing Pattadar Passbooks in respect of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.06 guntas in Sy. No. 110 and land admeasuring Ac. 0.19 guntas in Sy. No. 18, situated at Siddapuram Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District (hereinafter referred to as the "subject property"), as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in the revenue records and issue Pattadar Passbooks in respect of the subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners claim to be the owners of the subject property, having inherited it through their father, late Bokka Buchaiah, who purchased the same through a registered sale deed dated 05.02.1965 from one Nallakonda Laxma Rao @ Laxmaiah.
