ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…pleased to issue a Writ Order or Direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents to take cognizance by considering all those intact documentary evidences by filing FIR against, with appropriate sections, and prosecute the accused, on the file of the ACP Cyber Crime Police Station, Nampally and Station House Officer, Trimulgherry Police Station and pass…”

3. Heard Mr. M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that basing on the representation, Crime No.196 of 2017 was registered and after due investigation, a final report was filed on 24.03.2018 classifying the matter as ‘mistake of fact’ on the file of the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Therefore, the contention raised by the petitioner does not survive for consideration.
