ORDER
Questioning the action of the respondent No.2, Director of Mines and Geology, in keeping pending the renewal application dated 20.02.2021 and levying ADR of Rs.16,24,507/- (FY 2023-24), Rs,13,79,409/- (FY 2024-25), and Rs.11,39,409/- (FY 2025-26), petitioner filed the present writ petition with a consequential prayer to direct the respondent No.2 to forthwith pass orders on the renewal quarry lease application dated 20.02.2021 without imposing annual dead rent for the FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26.
2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is a partnership firm, represented by its Managing Partner, was granted a quarry lease over an extent of Acs.10.00 in Sy.No.174, Kothapalli village, Jinnaram Mandal, Sangareddy District for quarrying stone and Metal and Fullers Earth for ten years commencing from 16.01.2013 and ending 15.01.2023. A lease deed was executed on 16.01.2013 and operations commenced accordingly. It is submitted that as per Rule 12 of the A.P.
