O R D E R:
When the matter has been taken up for hearing, during the course of submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file a fresh case before appropriate forum.
Recording the aforesaid submission, permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case before appropriate forum.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
