COMMON ORDER:

Challenging the order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.182 of 2022 in CC.No.1016 of 2020 the petitioner/accused No.1 filed Crl.RC.No.679 of 2024 and challenging the order dated 21.05.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.183 of 2022 in CC.No.1016 of 2020 the petitioner/accused No.2 filed Crl.RC.No.680 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge cum VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hayathnagar. The said Crl.MPs., were filed with a prayer to discharge the respective petitioners in CC.No.1016 of 2020 and the trial Court dismissed the said petitions.

2. Heard Sri Babuji Tenneti, learned counsel for revision petitioners, and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1. In spite of service of notice, none appeared for respondent No.2.
