ORDER:

Heard Sri Kondadi Ajay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation on his behalf.

3. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner-wife to transfer F.C.O.P.No.317 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Armoor, to the file of the District Court, Nizamabad.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that a Tr.C.M.P.No.164 of 2023 was filed before this Court seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.317 of 2022 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Armoor, Nizamabad and the vide same was allowed order dated 22.12.2023. After transfer, it is noticed that the said Court has no jurisdiction for conducting trial of the FCOP. Learned counsel further represented that the marriage between the parties has taken place as per Christian customs and traditions.
