W.P.No.25985 of 2025:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not approving the cancellation of memberships of respondent No.3/Karimnagar Cooperative Urban Bank Limited approved by its resolution dated 04.08.2025, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same and direct the respondent No.2 to approve and implement the cancellation of memberships of respondent No.3 and to submit the final voter list after excluding the terminated members from the list in accordance with law and the Memo dated 18.08.2025 issued by the petitioner herein and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners herein, whose membership has been terminated by the petitioner in W.P.No.25985 of 2025 vide proceedings dated 04.08.2025 and 08.08.2025 issued by the respondent No.5 and the proceedings dated 19.09.2025 issued by the respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of
