THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR JUKANTI

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“… to issue writ or direction particularly in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, A) to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.0.28 guntas in Sy.No.3/A2, Ac.1.13 guntas in Sy.No.4, Ac.1.02 guntas in Sy.No.5, Ac.0.08 guntas in Sy.No.7/A1, Ac.0.32 guntas in Sy.No.8/A2, Ac.0.15 guntas in Sy.No.9/A2, Ac.1.32 guntas in Sy.No.160, Ac.1.27 guntas in Sy.No.158, Ac.0.12 guntas in Sy.No.44, Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.45 and Acs.2.36 guntas in Sy.No.46 of Pandregupalli village, Mudigonda Mandal, Khammam District as illegal, void, without power and jurisdiction and thereby violating the provisions engrafted to Land Acquisition Act.

B) Consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid lands and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case....”

2. Heard Mr. Vishal Maharana, learned counsel representing Mr.V. R.Avula, learned counsel for petitioners, Ms.Dara Haritha
