IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V. VENUGOPAL
Magani Shiva Kumar – Appellant
Versus
The State of Telangana – Respondent
WP 31089/2025

ORDER:

Mr.Rahul, learned counsel representing Mr.Yelshettey Maheswar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counsel on record had mistakenly arrayed learned Government Pleader for Revenue as party respondent to this Writ Petition instead of arraying learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for official respondent. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition granting liberty to file fresh Writ Petition, if cause survives. Learned counsel endorsed the same on the bundle.

2. Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.1 takes ‘no objection’ to the same.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is granted liberty to file Writ Petition if cause survives. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
