ORDER:

Heard Sri Kandi Ramchandra Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Sri Malipeddi Srinivas Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Osmania University, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and

2.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not paving the admitted bills of Rupees 1,64,455/- for a period of six months i.e from October 2022 to March 2023 despite of several representations by the petitioner, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of Constitution of India consequently direct the the respondent authorities to pay the pending bills of Rs.1,64,455/- for a the services rendered by the petitioner for a period of six months i.e from October 2022 to March 2023 in the interests of justice and to pass...”

3. The case of the petitioner in brief as per the averments made in the affidavit filed by the petitioner in support of the present writ petition is as under:
