Heard Mr. B. Mayur Reddy, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for Mr. V.S.R.M.V. Prasad Sanaka, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

2. Learned Senior Counsel submitted that the impugned speaking order vide Letter No.G1/537/TPS/NMC/2025 dated 24.09.2025 was passed directing the petitioner to remove the unauthorised construction at Plot Nos.24, 25 and 26 in Survey No.254 situated at Nizampet Village, within 15 days or else the unauthorised construction will be removed by respondent No.2.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that on complaint lodged by respondent No.3, action was initiated against the petitioner for removal of unauthorised construction in the subject property. The petitioner was issued show cause notice dated 21.10.2022, to which he submitted explanation dated 28.10.2022.
