ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an order, direction or a writ particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of respondent No. 2 and 3 are not taking any action against the Respondent No.4 that respondent No. 4 involved in civil dispute between the petitioner and Respondent No. 5 and supporting the Respondent No.5 to make illegal construction in the piece of land of the petitioner without obtaining permission from the grampanchyat and also registered the false FIR No. 21 of 2017 against the Petitioner and her family members, and the petitioner gave representations to the Respondent No. 2 and 3 on dated 05-09-2017 through RPAD and Postal Department gave a report that article was delivered on 07-09.-2017 and till now not taken any action against Respondent No. 4 and to pass..….”
2. Heard Mr.G.Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents No.1 to 4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives for adjudication
