ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, or order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3^rd respondent in registering the Crime vide FIR.No.361 of 2016, dated 23.05.2016 against the petitioner for the alleged offences under Section 354 B IPC and also filed Charge Sheet in the above Crime without proper investigation and intervention of the 4^th respondent as arbitrary, illegal and principles of natural justice and consequently set-asdie the Charge Sheet vide C.C.No.13 of 2017 on the file of Court of learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and pass…”

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. Heard Mr. M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in Crime No.361 of 2016, charge sheet was filed and calendar case vide C.C.No.1216 of 2017 has been numbered on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District. However pending proceedings, the parties have amicably settled their disputes before Lok Adalat and the offences were formally compounded by the Court on 14.12.2019, hence nothing further survives in the mater for adjudication.

5. I have perused the materials on record.

Having regard to the contention raised by the petitioner that, registration of crime against him was improper and the developments reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, compounding the offences by the Court concerned, it is evident that nothing further survives in this matter for adjudication.

7. Accordingly this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
