Sri K.Bheemaiah, learned counsel representing Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 08.10.2025 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
