ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sircilla, Rajanna Sircilla District, to dispose of I.A. No. 637 of 2023 in O.S. No. 284 of 2023, at the earliest.

2. Heard Mr. Bhimani Shivaprasad, learned counsel representing Mr. Bethi Venkateshwarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the material placed on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision is filed being aggrieved by the inaction of the trial Court in keeping I.A. No. 637 of 2023 pending without adjudication. He submits that the petitioner instituted O.S. No. 284 of 2023 seeking a decree of perpetual injunction, along with the present interlocutory application for grant of temporary injunction under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).
