ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not continuing the petitioner as the fair price shop dealer at Madanturthy Village, Nellikudur Mandal, Mahabubabad District, solely on the ground of initiation of proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, for variation in the stock of Kerosene, without suspension or cancellation of the authorization of the petitioner as fair price shop dealer, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has obtained written instructions, according to which the authorization of the petitioner was cancelled vide proceedings dated 14.08.2013.
4. A copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.C/1587/2013 dated
14.08.2013 has also been filed before this Court.
5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated
14.08.2013. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
