ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of respondents No.2 to 5 in stopping the construction of a house by respondent No.6 encroaching upon a 12’ feet wide public (Grama Panchayat) road in Sy.No.13/U, situated at Machareddy Village and Mandal, Kamareddy.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Respondent No.5 filed a counter affidavit stating that the said construction has been stopped and no further construction is being allowed.

4. However, learned counsel for respondent No.6 submitted that respondent No.6 has completed the said construction after obtaining the necessary building permission.

5. In view thereof, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the construction made by respondent No.6 if they so choose. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
