Heard Sri S.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Lakkadi Dayaker Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 31.07.2014 in F.C.O.P No.36 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad, appellant/wife preferred the present appeal.
3. Respondent/husband had filed an application under Section 13 (ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, vide F.C.O.P No.36 of 2010 against appellant/wife seeking dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty and desertion. The marriage of the appellant with the respondent was performed on 12.07.2008 as per the caste customs and Hindu Marriage Act. It is an arranged marriage. It is the specific contention of the respondent herein that she stayed with him for four (4) months. Thereafter, she deserted him on 10.11.2008. Even during the said period, she subjected the respondent to cruelty.
