This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action of the respondents in trying to demolish the construction of the petitioners bearing Municipal No.9-3-97 (Old) 9-3-89 (New) Situated at Godamgadda- locality of Karimnagar Town without following course of law is arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioners bearing Municipal No.9-3-97 (01d) 9-3-89 (New) Situated at Godamgadda locality of Karimnagar Town without following due process of law and to pass...”
2. Sri P.Sajan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.Siddarth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC/respondent No.2 are present.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, on written instructions, informed this Court that the petitioners have alienated the subject property. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition no longer survives and has become infructuous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners did not dispute the same.
