O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in calling the petitioner to the 6th respondent police station is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioner to the 6 th respondent police station, and pass.….”

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the presence of the petitioner was secured by the Police authorities in connection with an enquiry arising out of a representation made by respondent No. 7. However, upon due consideration of the materials available on record, the matter was found to be civil in nature and was accordingly closed. Hence, it is contended that the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives for consideration.
