ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an order, direction or a writ particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the Respondent No. 1 to 6 in not granting police protection even after having a judgment and decree being OS 1056 of 2008 in favour of petitioners as illegal, unlawful, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents no. 1 to 6 to provide police protection.….”
