2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
3. Petitioner, a resident of Telangana State, obtained registration for admission to MBBS/BDS course, under management quota, for the academic year 2025-26. She had secured All India Rank 1166906 under OBC category. Petitioner contends that she submitted an application for admission into MBBS/BDS course, for the academic year 2025-26, under ‘B&C’ category with requisite fee before the cut-off date. However, due to technical issue, she could not exercise web option in the first phase of counselling, for admission into MBBS/BDS course, under ‘B&C’ category for the academic year 2025-26 before 2:00 p.m. on 24
