Since common issue is involved in all these writ petitions, with the consent of both sides, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. W.P. No.27072 of 2025 is filed by Mr. A. Surender Reddy - petitioner to declare the action of respondent No.1 - HYDRAA and respondent No.2 - the GHMC in not acting upon his complaints dated 07.04.2025 and 07.07.2025 about the blockage of public road, as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the 401 and 405 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act 1955 (for short ‘GHMC Act’).

3. W.P. No.8965 of 2025 is filed by Mr. N. Sanjeev Rao - petitioner to declare the action of respondent authorities in trying to interfere and demolish the Plot Nos.43 and 44 in Survey No.30, Ward No.3, Block No.9, situated at Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.
