ORDER :

The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondents Nos.2 to 6 in failing to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 20.06.2025 for the cancellation of the pattadar pass book and title deed issued to the 7th respondent and for the restoration of the petitioner’s name in the revenue records for survey No.417/1 admeasuring Ac.4.08 guntas, located at Navabharat, Palwancha (U) Village, Palwancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, Telangana, as illegal and violative of natural justice. The petitioner further seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation in accordance with law.
