ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 more particularly respondent No.4 not to interfere with the petitioners land to an extent of Ac.42.00, situated in Survey Nos.111, 115, 116/ Part, 117/Part and 118 of Nagireddipalli village, Koheer Mandal, Sangareddy District, in any manner and consequently to direct the Station House Officer, Koheer Police Station to register a case against the respondents 5 to 10 and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take disciplinary action against the fourth respondent in accordance with law as he acted in collusion with the unofficial respondents and threatening the petitioners not to enter into their fields and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
