This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1 in Crime No.206 of 2025 of Allapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.
2. The brief facts of the case are that on 25.04.2025, the complainant M. Naresh reported that his brother, Mokenapally Rajashekhar, a native of Kasipet village, Adilabad District, was married to the petitioner about 15 years ago and they had one son. The couple lived in a rented house at Borabanda, Hyderabad, and worked as housekeepers. The deceased suspected his wife of having an illicit relationship with one Aijaz, which led to frequent quarrels. A complaint was earlier lodged at Allapur Police Station, and both were counseled and warned by police as well as village elders at Bejjala. Despite this, the petitioner continued the relationship.
