THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.28061 OF 2025

O R D E R:

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 1^st Respondent in not considering the appeal filed by the Petitioner dated 22.06.2025 against the final seniority list published by the 2nd Respondent in the cadre of Motor Vehicle Inspector in Multi Zone-II vide R.No.4479/C3/2016-M.Z.II, dated 24.04.2025, to the extent of fixing of the seniority of the Petitioner from 07.12.2020 instead of 03.01.2017 is totally illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and void being violation of Arts.14 and 16 of the Constitution of of India apart from violation of orders of the Government in Memo.No.2221/Tr.(S and V)/2016, dated 03.01.2017 and as well as orders of the erst while Hon’ble Tribunal in 0.A.No.2411 of 2016, dated 11.07.2016 and consequently direct the Respondents to fix up the seniority of the Petitioner as Motor Vehicle
