ORDER:
Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the case of the petitioner for reinstatement as Home Guard, along with all consequential benefits, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Heard Sri Mohd. Anwar Ali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services (Home), appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was enrolled in the services of respondent Department as a Home Guard during August, 2011, vide order in D.O.No.569/2011 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Ranga Reddy District. Thereafter, he was directed to work at the RTA Border Check Post, Jallapuram Village, Alampur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. While so, on the intervening night of 07/08.09.2015, at about 01-30 hours, a surprise check was conducted by the Anti Corruption Bureau authorities, and in connection with the same, he was arbitrarily removed from service vide proceedings dated 02.08.2017.
