ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in not taking action against the 3rd respondent who is making illegal and unauthorized construction in the petitioners land admeasuring 310 sq. yards in Survey No.1481 situated at Sircilla Mandal, Karimnagar District without obtaining permission from the 2nd respondent authority as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of Indian Constitution and contrary to the provisions contemplated under Municipal Act and in spite of representations dated 22-08-2016 made to the Respondent No.2 against the illegal construction being undertaken by the 3rd respondent and pass...”
2. Sri Koppula Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri P. Prabhakar, learned counsel for respondent No.3 are present.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive in view of the closure of Contempt Case No.426 of 2017 in WPMP No.52856 of 2016 in W.P.No.4286
