THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE N.TUKARAMJI WRIT PETITION No.38889 OF 2017

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“To issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not completing the investigation as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation into Crime No.984 of 2017 of Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.……..”

2. None appeared for the petitioner.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, in Crime No. 984 of 2017, upon completion of investigation, a final report was filed before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, on 07.07.2018, classifying the matter as being civil in nature. Accordingly, it is submitted that the contention raised in the writ petition no longer survives for consideration.
