3. Petitioner, a resident of Orissa State, obtained registration for admission to MBBS/BDS course, under management quota, for the academic year 2025-26. He had obtained 169 marks out of 720 with All India General Category Rank 952103. Petitioner contends that he submitted an application for admission into MBBS/BDS course, for the academic year 2025-26, under ‘NRI’ quota with requisite fee on 19.09.2025.
