ORDER (ORAL):

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:

“...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned unnumbered Notice vide No. UC/C 21/TPS/GHMC/2025 dated 17-09-2025 in respect of the property of the petitioner in Plot No.99 North Part admeasuring 77.77 Square Yards or equivalent to 65.0 Square Meters in Survey No.204/2 consisting with Stilt for Parking plus 2 Upper Floor to an extent of 60.38 Sq meters situated at Madeenaguda Village Serilingampally Mandal Ranga Reddy District as illegal arbitrary and in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and in violation of Articles 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and set aside the same Consequently direct the respondent No 2 not to interfering into the peaceful possession and enjoy of the petitioner over his property bearing Plot No.99 North Part admeasuring 77.77 Square Yards or equivalent to 65.0 Square Meters in Survey No.204/2 consisting with Stilt for Parking plus 2 Upper Floor to an extent of 60
