Heard Mr. P.Ugender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. R.Nagarjuna Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department appearing for respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Mr. T.Sharath, learned Standing Counsel for Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences appearing for respondent No.3 (for short ‘the University’).

2. Petitioner seeks consideration of her prayer for registration participating in the ongoing counselling process for the academic year 2025-26. She is a native of Telangana State. According to her representation dated 23.09.2025, she has not applied for registration. The date of applications was also over and the website was closed for registration. Petitioner contends that she has fair chances of getting admission in NEET.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in line with similar order dated 16.09.2025, passed by this Court, in other case such as W.P.No.27838 of 2025.
