ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in refusing to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration by passing refusal order dated 16.09.2025, which was communicated to the petitioner on 18.09.2025, basing on the letter No.B/9363/2024, issued by the respondent No.4, dated 30.10.2024 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently, set aside the same, by following the orders in W.P.No.38 of 2025, W.P.No.12604 of 2025, W.P.No.19981 of 2025 and W.P.No.20434 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025, and by directing the respondent No.2 to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration of the P.No.664 of 2025, dated

17.07.2025.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has purchased the property bearing Plot No.207 in Block-A, admeasuring 500 square yards in Sy.No.135 Part, at Edunagulapalli Village, Rama
